Pre-oiled castor oil pack. Washed flannel and Organic castor oil.

Uses: to relieve discomfort from joint pain, muscle pain, constipation, menstrual cramps. Lumps, bumps, bruises, strains and sprains.

How to use: Remove pre-oiled pack from packaging, apply to affected area. Can apply additional wrap of plastic to hold in body heat, and a heating pad. **make sure to wrap additionally so oil doesn’t stain clothing or surrounding furniture **

Castor Oil pack can be used about 30 times before needing replaced or refilled.
